More
We run single, double and triple dive adventures up to 2 times per day. Our dive boats are fast and comfortable. We limit our maximum numbers to 5 divers per dive guide and a maximum of 12 divers on the boat to ensure maximum comfort, enjoyment and safety. We offer a few different dive trips to differing locations.
Gold Coast Local Reef and Wreck
Our local reefs and wrecks, the most famous being the Scottish Prince Shipwreck and Migaloo Reef are within short boating distance located only a 10 minute ride once out of the Gold Coast Seaway entrance. Our southern reefs including Palm Beach Reef are still only within a 25-40min boating distance, meaning you can get in 2 dives, a barbecue, a beer and still be gone by midday!
North Stradbroke Island
The Voyage to North Stradbroke Island takes around one and a half hours. But again, is well worth the travel time for the world renowned dive sites which are located here. North Stradbroke Island is Most famous for its dive site “Manta Bommie”. This site attracts an incredible number of Manta Rays to its underwater cleaning stations in the summer months. However there are many incredible dive sites around this area which attract a plethora of marine life all year around! This is one dive that is a must if you live in the area.
Cook Island
Cook Island is an amazing shallow reef boasting an incredible population of Turtles, just off the coast of Fingal Heads in New South Wales. Cook Island has a large selection of marine life to offer including soft and hard coral, sharks, tropical fish, manta rays and leopard sharks in summer. Cook Island Marine Park is an official aquatic reserve.
Nine Mile Reef
Lying just off of Cook Island you can find Nine Mile Reef, one of our more advanced dive sites. There is usually strong current here making it a challenging dive sometimes, however this is definitely our favourite dive in the region. Nine Mile Reef is a hot spot for Grey Nurse Sharks during the winter months, making it absolutely worth the effort to get there.
Wonder Reef
Wonder reef is the world’s first artistically designed buoyant reef consisting of 9 beautiful individual reef spirals. Each buoyant reef is anchored to the seafloor by almost one tonne of chain connected to a 72 tonne foundation reef or what GCDA calls bases. The reef varies in depth from 8 meters to 30 meters making it ideal for a range of diver levels.
Adventures Beyond The Gold Coast
We provide diving and freediving sessions at a range of other locations including Wreck Of The Scottish Prince, Palm Beach Reef, Migaloo Reef, Greta’s Reef, Campos Reef, Floating Reef, The Spit, Wave Break Island, Kirra Reef, Currumbin Desalination Plant, Snapper Rocks & more!
