Our Dive Trip Memories

We completed this trip as our very first trip away. We took an amazing group of 12 divers to the S.S Yongala for 3 days of diving with an epic night dive thrown into the mix. We lucked out with conditions scoring 20m+ vis every day and decided to spend our last day diving the reefs around the area rather than the wreck. Some of the reefs around that region are completely untouched and in incredible condition.

Our second trip away took us to one of the most incredible diving destinations in the world. The Komodo National Park. Littered with pristine reefs, manta rays and strong currents it is a playground for divers with hundreds of dive sites scattered around the Islands.

We went with 12 divers and spent 8 days diving with Scuba Junkie Komodo, ate incredible food, slept in comfortable accomodation and had some of the best dives of our lives.

After our eight days in Komodo, we went to see the famous Komodo dragons, before making our way to Nusa Penida for another 3 days of diving.

Nusa Penida is another haven for divers, a paradise for manta rays and beautiful reefs. Nusa Penida is littered with deep walls below gorgeous fringing reefs with a variety of pristine healthy corals. It is also one of the most famous places in the world to site Mola Molas! We weren’t lucky enough to encounter any on our trip there, but we did have three days of amazing diving with manta rays, turtles and a plethora of reef fish.

After 27 amazing dives our group of 12 divers went home extremely dived out, but happy and excited for what trips we have to come in 2023!

Our first trip of 2024 took us to what is famed as being, some of the best diving the world has to offer.

I can safely say, it did not disappoint! We joined the M.V Jaya For a 10 day live aboard, diving, relaxing and eating our way through these incredible Indonesian Islands.

The biodiversity in Raja Amat truly is incredible, you can jump into the water almost anywhere around these islands and find vibrant, healthy reefs covered in life.

Indonesia in general is somewhere that absolutely fascinates us, from the marine biodiversity and the waves to the ever changing island chains, Indonesia is somewhere we will always continue to return. with over 17,000 islands in the country, there will always be somewhere new to explore!
